Asa Paradis, LMT started at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, Ct, which turned into Cortiva School for Massage Therapy and graduated at the top of her class in 2018. It was here she learned that "if you have a body, then you need massage."
She spent over six years at the second largest massage franchise in the country. It was a great place for her to grow and earn Professional, Elite, and Master level training. Her passion for the industry earned her the position of Educational Liaison where she went back to her alma mata and other schools for massage to promote the franchise to newly trained therapists.
Massage Therapy called to Asa in her early twenties, but it wasn't the right time or place. Twenty years later it called to her again, and she decided to redefine herself at the age of 42. It was the best decision she ever made.
While she no longer dedicates her time to education in the classroom, she still finds ways to exercise her educational gifts encouraging clients to ask as many questions as they like.
It can safely be said that the details of Asa's personal life is as colorful as the rainbow is diverse. Being a member of the LGBT+ community herself and a long-time ally of the trans community, she prides herself in providing a safe, affirming environment for all.
